Hi there everyone, please accept this offering to make up for the long-running silence of this blog!The Stanford Theatre is a movie theater in Palo Alto, California on University Avenue specializing in classic old movies. It's one of my favorite movie theaters. There you can find the most famous and more obscure but critically-acclaimed movies from the past century. Seeing these movies on the big screen is a completely different and amazing experience compared to seeing them on your TV. Enjoying a great movie together with a crowd of people in a classic movie house just can't be beat. And through connections to various film archives, the Stanford Theatre often has prints superior to those usually available for viewing elsewhere.
